Sarah and John were married in Queen Elizabeth Park in Vancouver. The Park provided a beautiful backdrop especially at this time of year, from their ceremony to images afterwards and then leading into the reception at Seasons in the Park.
Enjoy these highlights from the beautiful day they created!
Sarah had lots of help with her dress to get it just right!

While Sarah was getting ready, John and his groomsmen were looking very relaxed while they waited in the quarry garden, ready for the ceremony to begin.
The finishing touches came together for Sara and her bridesmaids.
There wasn’t any shortage of smiles at Sarah and John’s ceremony. And all of the hats worn by their guests were so much fun for the occasion.
Once the ceremony started, there were a few tears and lots of laughter.
The Park and it’s colours were a beautiful backdrop for so many of the more romantic images that we captured with Sarah and John.

And the groomsmen and bridesmaids waited patiently all the while!
The top hats and tailcoats added a very elegant and classic look to so much of the wedding.

We had time for a few more fun photographs of Sarah and John but in a very different setting in the Park.

There were so many personal and unique details that Sarah and John created for their wedding, from the ice cream cart for their guests to enjoy after their ceremony to the advice tree.
And the beautiful wedding cake with the pear decorations!
Just before Sarah and John’s reception started and before we left for the evening, we got this classic image of just the two of them to complete our day together.
Congratulations Sarah and John! We enjoyed our time with you in the Park. Your day was perfect in so many ways and all of the little details you planned created such a great experience for everyone.
We’d like to also thank Aimee for her special assistance at Sarah and John’s wedding.
